I came to Roossmoor Dental group because I was looking for a second opinion and a dentist that would work with me. I knew I needed to get an extensive amount of work done (3 root canals and periodontal cleaning). A dentist I went to previously made me feel horrible which is why I came to this Dentist office.
I let them know what had happened, and Dr Jordan Belden has been nothing but kind, supportive and empathetic in my journey. On my first visit I had to bring my toddler because our sitter fell through, and he (and the whole staff) was so kind and patient. (Especially since my son was starting to get antsy) He was very clear and honest about the work he recommended and why he was recommending it. He asked me about how I felt about his recommendations and if I was comfortable with the plan. We moved some work around to fit my schedule and we started on the journey.
Today I received two out of three root canals that I need. When I tell you I was very anxious about it (as I’m sure most people are) he made sure that I was comfortable and even offered me a blanket if I got cold.
Once the procedure started he checked in with me to make sure I was only feeling pressure, at some point I told him I started to feel discomfort. He stopped immediately and numbed me up again before moving forward.
The endodontist was also amazing! He was quick and efficient. I genuinely almost fell asleep while they were preforming the root canals
Lastly I want to add that this office makes the crowns in house so I was able to get my root canals AND my crowns in the same visit. I have a few more procedures that I need to complete and I trust Dr. Belden completely and I am looking forward to making this my home office for years to come.
The staff is amazing, the office is clean, it’s in a very nice area. 10000000/10 cannot recommend this office and Dr Belden enough

The visit was basically good. I had 2 separate procedures. First a dentist filled/fixed a crack in 1 front tooth.
Next a girl did a cleaning. She was very friendly and did good work. I could tell that by her general effort; she revisited a few places and did metal-pick scraping in the lower front. After I could tell the ridges between the teeth were pronunced and all smooth. So far so good.
After the cleaning she asked me about getting some kind of special treatment to remove bacteria from my gums. Cost $450.00 and none of it covered by my SCAN dental
insurance. She didn't say what bacteria I had to require such. I did ask but she was quite vague about that entirely - what bacteria and what benefit. . I told no and she didn't stop. I felt like I was at a used car lot. She kept on and on about it. After saying NO! 4 times her entire attitude changed. She wasn't friendly anymore and she silently walked me out. I actually felt a little depressed.
